With the mental health and well-being of our little ones being a top priority in Killowen Primary we were delighted to welcome Relax-Kids coach Joanne Callan today.
We learned how our emotions work with help from our lovely friends monkey, wise owl and elephant. We danced and sang, learned some great relaxation techniques and finished off the session with a very calming story.
