Primary 2/3 had a very happy first week back at school catching up with all their friends. They got busy straight away constructing a super-hotel for a first class holiday, going deep sea diving on the ocean mat to find sharks and killer whales and making classroom decorations at the art and craft table. There was a little time left to walk across the word wall, learn some number bonds and create a special surprise for Mother's Day. Thanks to Mrs. Patrice Mathews for sending in the clay hearts and stars which the children thoroughly enjoyed painting and now are looking forward so much to making their own in the May workshops when Patrice can join us in person.
