Digital SchoolHouse

9th Mar 2026

Our KS1 and KS2 pupils continued on their Digital Skills for the future journey this week. P3/4 worked on their binary graphics, extending these into colour graphics. They followed this up by making graphics on microbits and coding the microbit to flash their emojis.

P5/6/7 used their algorithm knowledge to use Scratch to instruct a sprite to draw a 2D shape. There were some excellent displays on show at the end of their lesson.

The Digital Schoolhouse ethos ensures that all children have an understanding  of the concepts behind how computers work.
