Today the P6 and P7 children had the opportunity to attend St Louis' GS version of High School Musical. The children really enjoyed the whole performance and gained fantastic insight into how a live show works. We loved the full orchestra, the dancing, the singing and we had a good opportunity to talk about things like the interval - why is this necessary at a show!?
We can't thank St. Louis' GS enough for their very kind invitation and we now have a better understanding of this aspect of Literacy, particularly as we will be studying playscripts after Halloween and also getting ready to put on a show of our own for Christmas.
