We are incredibly proud of one of our P6 pupils, Cillian, who was invited to the National Gallery of Ireland this week for the Young Portrait Competition awards ceremony. He won his age category for his brilliant portrait titled “Thumbs Up”. This portrait encapsulated his brother Lorcán, our P1 student, so well.
Attending the ceremony in such a prestigious setting was a wonderful experience for him, his family and our school community. We are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the overall winner and no matter the outcome, we are already so proud of Cillian!
