The children had a great day today. Focusing on our breathing and the ability to be silent, mindful and reflective. The children are beginning to master the yoga poses - downward dog is our favourite !! We also were introduced to a sound bath today… the relaxation was fantastic and so well delivered by Danni. Thank you Danni for another fabulous day at our school 💙💛
